Disodium levofolinate is indicated

                                                               - to diminish the toxicity and counteract the action of folic acid antagonists such

                                                               as methotrexate in cytotoxic therapy and overdose in adults and children  ;   

                                                             -  in combination with 5-fluorouracil in cytotoxic therapy.
